Let's just cut to the chase...........
We have the best lamp VALUE in the business!!
BMS provides premium lamps that are designed to last in excess of 7,000 hours. These lamps have already been tested in several side by side comparisons and have been PROVEN to be up to 10% more efficient that other common IR lamp offerings currently availble.
Since 2005, BMS has teamed up with GE to develop lamps that WE intended to last in excess of 7,000 hours. These lamps have been tested and proven to be up to 10% more efficient that other common IR lamp offerings currently availble.
BMS lamps cost less, they last longer, and they heat better.
These lamps will TRULY pay for themselves.
Oven lamps do have a lifespan. This lifespan, as suggested by most lamp manufacturers, is approximately 5000 hours, depending on the lamp manufacturer (and the OEM who makes the machine).
BMS believes that with a very efficient lamp, this lifespan can realistically be extended somewhere between *7000-8000 hours before replacement is needed (*varies upon physical and operating conditions).
Systematically replacing oven lamps every 7,000 to 8,000 hours, or every 12 to 15 months needs to be the minimum rule of thumb for replacing oven lamps.
The energy savings from implementing a relamping program will greatly outweigh the comparitive costs associated with replacing lamps on your equipment.
Old inefficient lamps WASTE ENERGY and increase the cost of every bottle!
