Installation & Warranty
BMS Spindle Chains come standard with a 12 month* warranty against parts failure.
Most BMS Spindle chains can be provided with installation packages including 2 Technicians to assist with installation of the spindle chain and all associated guides, cams tensioner systems.
Normal installation times require 10-12 hours of machine downtime in most cases.
* For warranty purposes, all associated guides, cams, fixed chains, tensioning systems must be inspected and in good shape or replaced as needed upon install of replacement chains.
* Installation time based on 2 man days/10 hours per man.
* Shipping based on Ground service.
BMS provides NEW and REBUILT Spindle Chains for your SB-Series 1 machines, from the SB-4/4 (84 spindle bodies) thru the SB-24/26 (250 Spindle bodies).
BMS also provides complete rebuild services for your SB-Series 2 Linear oven chains for your SB-4 thru SB-20 Dual Cavity machines.
All BMS chains are carefully hand built with a strict Quality Control process designed to help eliminate issues of premature wear and loss of production.
As compared to a new OEM chain, a remanufactured BMS spindle chain can save thousands of dollars and offer excellent performance, reliability and durability.
All chains are based on exchange pricing and are often available for next day delivery.
We also offer complete perso parts conversion of standard spring ring designs to 3-piece or segmented rings.
